TITLE:                                   S & K Technologies Board Member

                                                One  (1) vacancy – 4 year term

LOCATION:                          St. Ignatius, MT

CLOSING DATE:                Thursday, February 9, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. (MST)

S & K Technologies is currently accepting letters of interest and resumes for one (1) vacancy on the Board of Directors for 4 year term position.  The Board member shall be appointed by the Tribal Council of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes.  Interested applicants should have experience in business management and/or development. 

Tribal Council policy adopted in March 2007 states:

“An employee of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai who is applying for a board or committee vacancy is required to submit along with the Letter of Interest, a letter signed by the immediate supervisor and the Department Head authorizing the employee to apply for and serve on the board or committee.  Any Tribal employee serving on a board or committee that is not directly related to the position the person holds in the Tribal organization, is required to use leave or leave-without-pay to attend all meetings, participate in any activity associated with the board or committee, or for any travel related to the board or committee.  Tribal employees are restricted to serving on no more than one (1) board at any time.”
