TITLE:                                   S & K Gaming, LLC Managing Members

One (1) Vacancy – 3-year term

LOCATION:                          Pablo, MT

DUTIES:

S & K Gaming LLC is currently accepting letters of interest for one (1) vacancy on the Board of Directors. This is for a 3-year term. S&K Gaming, LLC consists of a total of five (5) members.

At least three of the Managing Members shall be enrolled members of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes. Managing Members shall have not less than five years of management experience in a successful, for-profit business. At least two Managing Members shall have executive management experience in tribal gaming and/or hospitality operations.

The Managing Members shall be subject to background investigations and gaming licensure by the CSKT Gaming Commission.

S&K Gaming's mission is to deliver outstanding customer service in a professional atmosphere that promotes financial and regulatory integrity, overall profitability, tribal member employment and community involvement while contributing to the economic viability of the Flathead Reservation.

Tribal Council policy adopted in March 2007 states:

"An employee of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai who is applying for a board or committee vacancy is required to submit along with the Letter of Interest, a letter signed by the immediate supervisor and the Department Head authorizing the employee to apply for and serve on the board or committee. Any Tribal employee serving on a board or committee that is not directly related to the position the person holds in the Tribal organization, is required to use leave or leave-without-pay to attend all meetings, participate in any activity associated with the board or committee, or for any travel related to the board or committee. Tribal employees are restricted to serving on no more than one (1) board at any time."
