Section 2 – Consent
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with your personal information to register for or use the Services, you expressly consent to our collecting that personal information and using it for that specific reason only.
If we seek to use your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your express consent or provide you with an opportunity to opt out.
How do I withdraw my consent?
Section 3 – Disclosure
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law or the order of a court of competent jurisdiction to do so.
Section 4 – Third Party Services
Section 5 – Notifications & Beacons
CSKT Transportation will send messages in the form of notifications or promotional content though the Services. The Services may use location information to display notifications or promotional content. Also, messages may be activated by beacon devices in a public space, which communicate location, transit, or event information. You may manage your notifications and other settings in your electronic device’s settings and/or the settings for the Services.
Section 6 – Social Sharing Features
The Services may integrate with social sharing features and other related tools which let you share actions you take using the Services with other applications, websites, or media, and vice versa. Your use of such features enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the respective third-party social sharing service. Please refer to the privacy policies of those social sharing services for more information about how they handle the data you provide to or share through them. CSKT Transportation is not responsible for any third party social sharing service, and we do not make any warranty regarding their use, privacy, or suitability.
Section 7 – Security
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, stolen, or destroyed. If your personal information is lost, stolen, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email and SMS and may, in our sole judgement or as required by applicable law or an order of a court of competent jurisdiction, notify third party providers and law enforcement authorities, and/or take other reasonable and appropriate responses.
Section 8 – Google
The Services use a tool called “Google Analytics.” Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit the Services, what pages they visit, when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to the Services. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve the Services. Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit the Services, rather than your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information. Although Google Analytics plants a permanent cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit the Services, the cookie cannot be used by anyone but Google.
You can prevent Google Analytics from recognizing you on return visits to the Services by disabling cookies; however, disabling cookies may cause the Services to not operate correctly.
Section 9 – Age of Consent
By using this site, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older. You are responsible for the use of your account by yourself and others with access to your account. If you allow others, including but not limited to a minor dependent, to use the Services, you expressly give your consent for such use.
